The Yoga Center at Gopi is a sacred space devoted to daily yoga classes, holistic trainings and spiritual teachings. Our team is devoted to facilitating a deep state of physical, mental, and spiritual union so that students might lead a more healthy, peaceful and joyful life. We have three studios; our Traditional Room, our Sun Room and our Annex.

Hot + Warm Infrared

Hot classes are heated to 100 degrees.
Warm classes are heated to 85 degrees.
